These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.acalltoorderco.com and any related page, form, storefront, or digital product we operate that links to these Terms (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by A Call to Order, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all of our brands and divisions, which operate under that single legal entity:
- A Call to Order – Professional Organizers
- Basically-Organized Products
- TLC – Transitions, Legacy & Care
Please read these Terms carefully. They include a limitation of our liability, an indemnity you give us, and a governing law and dispute resolution provision.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company, estate, trust, or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy & Disclosures, which is incorporated here by reference.
2. Who May Use the Site
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, make a purchase, or create an account. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our intake forms or questionnaires.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Site without our express written permission.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, accessibility, or integrity of the Site.
3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
3.1 No Expert Status
All of our brands — A Call to Order – Professional Organizers, Basically-Organized Products, and TLC – Transitions, Legacy & Care — publish information intended to be helpful and educational. We make no claim of “expert status” in any regulated field.
Nothing on this Site is legal, financial, tax, medical, real estate, or professional caregiving advice. Content about downsizing, estate clearing, senior transitions, valuation of vintage or antique items, or home organization is general in nature. It may not fit your situation. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
3.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our Site, our products, or our services — including but not limited to resale values, sale proceeds, timelines, cost savings, or organizational results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
3.3 Third-Party Products, Vendors and Links
Product recommendations reflect our own opinion. We do not manufacture most products we recommend and do not warrant them. Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.
3.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Call to Order, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All text, graphics, logos, illustrations, photographs, and framework marks on this Site — including but not limited to A Call to Order®, HAPPY. HEALTHY. SAFE.®, the E.P.I.C.™ Method, the Disposition Pathway, and the TLC – Transition, Legacy & Care™ — are the proprietary property of A Call to Order, LLC. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
5. Service Engagements & Formal Agreements
Submission of an intake questionnaire, consultation request, or form does not create a binding service agreement. All professional engagements — including Senior Move Coordination, Home Organization subscriptions, Estate Clearing, Estate Sales, and TLC – Transition, Legacy & Care — are governed by separate, signed written contracts, scopes of work, and deposit arrangements.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A Call to Order, LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
