Estate Clearing & After-Loss
Someone has to walk into that house.
When someone has to walk into that house and begin. We go with you, or instead of you.

Definition
Estate clearing is the systematic emptying and disposition of a home's contents after a death or a sudden move, including inventory, distribution to heirs, resale, donation, responsible disposal, and preparing the property for sale or handover. Where an estate is under formal administration, the work is documented so it can be reported to the executor, trustee, or court.

This is for you if…
- After a death, a house full of a person's life has become a list of tasks that landed on you.
- There is a will to satisfy, siblings to keep whole, a property to release, and forty years of belongings to route somewhere.
- You cannot be there in person, and you need someone who will go in your place — and report back.
This is not for you if…
You only need a single, simple task done quickly. That is a fine need — it just is not a coordinated engagement.

What we handle
The work, in detail.
- A first walkthrough with you, or in your place, with photographs and a written picture of what is actually there.
- Search and recovery of the things that matter and get lost: documents, deeds, policies, jewellery, cash, photographs, service records.
- Inventory and distribution — the Identify stage — so heirs receive what they were meant to receive and there is a record of it.
- Full Disposition Pathway for the remainder: gift, sell, donate, responsibly dispose, in that order, documented throughout.
- Coordination with the attorney, executor, fiduciary, or realtor on the timeline they are working to.
- The property returned broom-clean and ready for market.
Every line above reflects what we deliver on a typical engagement. If your situation needs something not listed, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can.
